Returns & Refunds policy
At Hire Techly Solutions, we are committed to delivering professional and transparent recruitment services. Due to the nature of recruitment and staffing services, payments made for our services are generally non-refundable once the recruitment process has commenced.
Service Fees
All fees paid toward recruitment services—including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and coordination—are considered service-based charges and are non-returnable.
Replacement Policy
In the event a candidate placed by Hire Techly Solutions leaves the organization within an agreed replacement period (as mentioned in the service agreement), we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional professional fee, subject to the original terms and conditions.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances where:
Services were not initiated due to reasons solely attributable to Hire Techly Solutions, or
A written agreement explicitly includes a refund clause.
Any approved refund will be processed within 45–60 business days after written confirmation.
Changes & Cancellations
Clients requesting cancellation after service initiation will not be eligible for a refund, as resources and efforts would have already been allocated.
